Teresa Fagan has over 20 years’ experience in education with expertise in special educational needs (SEN) and behaviour management.
She has led teams of SEN teaching assistants and managed additionally resourced provisions (ARPs) for pupils with autism and those with behaviour difficulties transforming them from a state of ‘crisis’ to ‘good’ or improving the quality of teaching and learning for pupils. She has experience working in special and mainstreams schools and delivering staff CPD and supervision.
Teresa registered with the Society of Education Consultants in 2018 and has created bespoke training programmes for professionals on ‘Special Needs and PE: Practical Strategies’ and ‘Raising Achievement for Students on the Autistic Spectrum’.
As a qualified SENCo with a Masters’ degree in inclusive education, Teresa has supported children and young people and their families in special, mainstream and secondary schools.
She is committed to ensuring excellent provision for children and young people and making education accessible to all enabling them to achieve their personal best.
